This cartridge started out fine, but now it's at 40% ink and halos are appearing all over the place. I cleaned my laser printer. I ran laser cleaning sheets through it. I shook the cartridge and reinstalled it. nope What fixed the ghosting was a new cartridge. I am disappointed that there is a 40% discount. PLUS "one year warranty" Good. how the hell can you say that? I've had it for a year but it's impossible to find a way to fulfill this guarantee.

I bought this twin pack a while ago and am currently using the second cartridge from this twin pack. To my horror, the ink distribution in the cartridge is wrong. My pages are printed entirely in black ink. Please note that my printer is NOT damaged and the misuse of ink on my pages (to my knowledge) has not caused any damage to the printheads. I buy ink from this seller all the time. I use them on every type of printer I buy. The only 2 issues I have with this ink are that the ink can bleed onto your paper every blue moon and I don't use the whole cartridge - it starts to lighten by about 9%. But it's still a good deal and worth buying.
