I am a very happy Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Watch owner. When I saw the price of Samsung's latest watches and saw that they ran Wear OS 3, I thought they were only doing one good thing better, but I was wrong. I bought a Galaxy 4 44mm watch, which means it doesn't have a physically rotating bezel. I feel deceived. With the current firmware, the bezel of the Galaxy Watch 4 is completely insensitive to touch. If you don't swipe the actual area of the screen, it won't do anything. It's a big step down from the Galaxy Watch Active 2, a watch I liked. I will most likely be returning this watch due to this total lack of feature unless Samsung fixes this very quickly.
