DON'T BUY A NEW PHONE ON Amazon

Well I have my phone. Presumably it is "factory unlocked" which means it should be compatible with all carriers. No, it is not compatible with Verizon, which is the only wireless carrier in my area. It comes with a charger that doesn't even fit the device! So now I have a beautiful phone that I can't use to make calls, text, or take calls. promptly online - if I'm not in the city center. which I am not. Ever.So cheers for throwing away a cool $700!

Excellent phone at price

I have had Samsung Note 9 for 5 days now and I have to say this phone is excellent. Look brand new. He is unlocked. When used with T-Mobile and 4G LTE is great even in places where I've had good cellular coverage, this Note 9 is great. I'm not a gamer so I can't tell you about the quality of the game, but for watching movies and the camera it's far from the best phone I've had for it. The price was great, over $300 cheaper than going straight to tmobile for the Note 9.

The phone definitely didn't look "like new " as stated in the product description

I thought it was a refurbished phone. I didn't expect it to be perfect. When mine arrived today from Ax Wireless I checked it out and resealed the box in about 30 seconds. The entire left edge of the phone was badly scratched. The product description reads "Tested and certified to work and look like new with little or no signs of use." It was EXACTLY wrong. Very disappointed. With HTC charger and no other accessories. Not worth saving.
