Description of Samura Bamboo frozen product knife, 19.6 cm blade

This knife is designed for freezing or cutting very hard foods (such as pumpkins). Most good and high-quality kitchen knives are contraindicated in such actions. Blister

A wonderful product, its nice to use.

A wonderful knife, as well as the entire "bamboo" series of this brand! But it is this knife that miraculously copes with cutting, for example, frozen chicken fillet, despite the fact that the frost is deep enough: -28 degrees. I am very pleased that for the complete set I also purchased this wonderful knife! I recommend!

Pros
  • Great knife! Story! It really cuts frozen foods with ease!
Cons
  • Not!

I have almost the entire series of these knives, they are several years old, I really like them. I decided to buy a new one, but the quality just killed, less than a month in rare use, but it looks worse than knives that are 5 years old

Pros
  • Purpose, shape, all metal, according to ferret standards
Cons
  • The quality of the steel or workmanship appears to be very poor, with several pockets of rust on the blade
