The pictures are of really good quality.

Bought this Pentax mount for my Canon camera - I use an AF confirmation adapter as it has limited electronic performance. The Pentax model of these Samyang lenses is similar to Canon and Nikon with AE chip. I have to stop here and emphasize that this is a manual lens. The electronic function only serves to inform you that focus has been achieved and to supplement the metadata of the image file with information. However, I'm admittedly not sure how exactly its electronic functionality works…

ONE OF THE BEST MANUAL FOCUS LENSES FOR PORTRAITS.

This lens is one of the best lenses for portrait photography. Even with the aperture wide open at f/1.4, the shots are very sharp if you can focus properly. This is a manual focus lens, so it will take some time to focus depending on the photographer's experience and knowledge.
