Pretty good but needs a stronger magnet. Surprisingly, the glue sticks very well. I was expecting the glue to fail and I'd have to tape it back, but this part is pretty good. It's hard to find a cell phone mount for a Jeep Wrangler if it wasn't for that nasty big thing on the dash. I mounted mine to the underside of the ledge so no jury if adhesion holds but it's standard 3m stock so if it fails it's not really the company's fault. When looking from the side, I noticed that there is a very slight bulge on the adhesive side, I "think" that's on purpose?
