I emailed them and they won't budge. In any case, the shoes are of cheap quality. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

The trim started to peel off about 1.5 inches when he first put them on. Unfortunately we were on holiday and couldn't wait to reattach them with hot glue and had to cut the piece off with nail clippers. Now it's a game shoe "out" and for a brand new pair of shoes it's a waste of time.

Size was as expected, under boy sizing it shows inches from toe to heal, all I did was measure my son's foot with a ruler and then order the correct size! They fit great and he likes the construction equipment on the shoes. I feel like people who fret about the sizing of the shoes just ordered what they normally order. Be sure to measure your child's foot before ordering. Sizes should be the same for girls too, I think inch is only listed under boys.

Although they are very cute and my dinosaur obsessed son loved them, the main product that revolves around healing is not very durable, his strap broke in less than a week after wearing them and he didn't go rough with it his shoes.

The seller promises to return the tag within 5 days. This process took longer than I only got the shipping address to send back, no label. So I have to pay the shipping. Then I have to wait a few days to see if I can get a refund. Poor customer service from seller.

My kid liked them so much we bought them in multiple sizes. I didn't want to spend money on crocs because little feet grow so fast but I was afraid we would sacrifice quality for value - to my great surprise they have withstood incredible wear and tear and the kid prefers crocs. who would not know the difference in the brand name. Definitely recommend!

I loved it. They arrived very quickly and were very nice. The only negative I have is the plastic ring where the strap connects to the sneakers which broke after 3 days. My baby never learned to walk in "Crocs" without a harness so we couldn't wear them anymore 😒

The shoes are too small. Much smaller than standard size 12. Returns are made to China and we have to pay the shipping. I will only donate shoes that are unusable and too expensive to ship. Now I only order from the Crocs website.
