There were a few (the ones advertised late at night) that didn't last long. I hope this commercial quality item lasts longer. It's done much better.

What the owner's manual didn't say when you first figured out how to turn on this scrubber: Ditch all the shampoo. And the manual says nothing about it. BUT the support people don't know about it.

We are using this in a 165,000 square foot commercial building and it has cut time on some of our more labor intensive areas. We have a 400 seat balcony with concrete floor. Drinks are often spilled there, we used to have to vacuum and then wipe. It was very helpful to have this for cleaning and vacuuming at the same time.

I've had a Hoover canister vacuum for years but it always leaked and sucked well, it sucks! I'm so glad I spent the extra $ on it. I hesitated, it was actually in my shopping cart for 2 weeks, but I absolutely did NOT regret it! If you want a quality machine that does what it promises, buy it! Yes, it's expensive, but it's worth it! I paid $149 for Hoover and it didn't help. It does!

We've had several Hoover Floormates over the years, most of which only lasted about 3 years before failing due to missing pickups, screeching engines or full dead bodies. The Sanitaire model is more expensive, but a HUGE improvement!
