💃 Dance Like a Pro with the Sansha Hi-Step Dance Sneaker Review

Judging by the reviews, I bought two sizes up a few years ago - my usual size is an 8 or 81/2 - and the shoe was narrow in the toe, but it was could be wear and tear. I have "square" toes, have never been able to wear pointy shoes and needed a lot of toe room. Obviously my fingers were a bit apart and size 10 is too uncomfortable now so I bought size 11 - it fits me. So if you're like me and need a lot of toe room, go three sizes up!

I followed the reviews to buy two sizes larger than your normal size. I usually wear a size 6/6.5 so I ordered a size 8 (US 7) and they were too big. If these were regular shoes I could live with the extra room but in dance shoes you don't want them to get lost so I took back a size 7 (US 6) which ended up fitting. pretty good. in fact they were still a bit wide for my feet. Unfortunately I ended up sending the shoes back because I felt the heel was too bulky for my needs.

To be honest I'm not sure what's up with the size. I have small feet - USA Women's 5 Wide but I take size up to 6 because wide toes are a problem for me! Sizing recommendations for this shoe are meaningless. According to the reviews, they run small, so order one size larger. I did and they were huge on me. So I changed them back to my normal size and they were still too big for me. When I bought these I couldn't get the brand of zumba shoes I like so I looked around and read a lot of reviews. Knowing dance shoes run small, I read if this brand has the same. I am so happy to have such a great hiking shoe. They're dancing shoes, but I don't do that. I live in Manhattan and need shoes to walk in. They are all black and have small heels so they are cuter than regular sneakers. Plus, they're super comfy! I wear a size 6.5 M so ordered a size 7 (after reading a reviewer's post of another size 6.5 had seen). The shoes are true to size and a bit roomy. I have to lace them as tight as possible.
