A wonderful thing, especially for those who love the order in the workplace and accessibility to all ports. The stand will also be appreciated by those who care about the appearance of the Mac, since you will no longer scratch the computer from the back.

External Micro/SD media disconnects without warning

I bought this because I wanted to open up some ports where I could see it, as well as the fact that I constantly access external SD media. The color isn't perfect, but I'm happy with it. My biggest concern is SD and Micro SD card readers randomly turning off. I've used both a few times and each time the reader randomly turns off before I'm done with the card.

The color of this USB hub symbolizes the whole gadget: a good idea but bad execution. The color is grey, but it doesn't match the 2018 Mac mini Space Gray, making it look gaudy. It would be better if they opted for a two tone look. There is no active cooling element like a fan, just air vents. It would be nice if this hub used more aluminum as a heatsink for the Mac mini, which tends to get hot. Note: The SD card reader requires you to insert the card with the contact side facing up.
