You will not receive what you ordered

Item not as described. I used to work in a cosmetics shop and know you can get a pack of 3 lip masks not a tube of this material. Have asked for a replacement and twice received an attached photo. This is not a mask like the other products you will receive. They come back because they can't do it right.
