Bought these to replace my old Excursion TR6s but figured not to worry. My old TR6s proved to be much more comfortable even after years of touring and wear and tear. I suspect Saucony just doesn't make them the way they used to. I should add that I also have an old pair of Saucony Eclipse TR3s and they are a lot more comfortable too.
