Saucony Ride 10 Jr Running Shoe - Unisex Child's Footwear Review

My son has chubby feet (wears an XW) and finding shoes for him was incredibly difficult until I discovered this brand and riding shoes in particular. I bought a different style of Saucony shoe (can't remember the name but very similar to the Lauf except they are waterproof or waterproof) and tried fitting them more snugly than the Lauf and we got stiffer. However, I strongly recommend riding with thick feet. The only improvement I see is that they need to fix the tongue of their shoes…

They were really good shoes, but at least they were too small for my son. He used to have a pair of size 11 Skechers which he has outgrown. I bought these shoes in a size 12 and they were almost exactly the same size. I know it's a different brand, maybe that's why, but just in case anyone is in the same situation - Saucony seems a bit smaller than Skechers at least.

The description says the size is for children from 4 to 8 years old. However, they have arrived and are so tiny! I ordered another pair from a different brand which arrived the right size. You can see the comparison in the picture. Correct size 4XW for its age on the left. The size of this 4XW listing is on the right. Both the shoes and box on this listing are marked 4XW.

These shoes are our favorite shoes for our children. They come in a variety of fun colors and are light in weight unlike many of the competition. This is great because they don't slow down our little ones. They wear well and make our children more independent. Good product.

These shoes have two areas that leave a black mark on my son's foot. Especially on the back of the foot. I like that it's very wide but I can't let him wear it any further because it would hurt his skin.

The steps on the sole of the shoe came off after my son only wore them 3 times making the sole very slippery. I don't think they will last more than a month.

Lightweight yet supportive, these shoes have great traction. Also, my 4 year old loves the colors and designs. Not to mention the Velcro body style is perfect for little ones. Definitely a favourite.

Overall these shoes are very well made and support a very active 3 year old very well. Also, because of their brand, my kid can easily put these shoes on by himself. The shoes stretched a bit on the larger size but that wasn't a stumbling block and definitely a nice surprise as it gave me room to grow. I highly recommend this brand.

They arrived within two days during the busiest week of Christmas. They are exactly as described. They arrived in perfect condition in the correct shoe box. They are true to size.
