SAVE Ayurvedic Pulling Rinse GINGER Review

I'm trying new things so I thought I'd try butter. My question is, do people really do this for 20 minutes? It was so gross that I could barely make it to the minimum recommended 30-second duration. And then the aftertaste only grew and intensified after I spat it out. I was kind of hoping that the oil pull would help soothe a severely burned palate (pizza almost a week ago) but I just don't think I could take it even if it did.

I've been using it daily since I've had it for a few weeks before, but I'm done with it. I tried not to judge, thinking that using pulling oil might be the norm for people in other countries, but gargling with this oil was just gross. The taste wasn't very good, the teeth weren't whitening, and there was a greasy film of oil on the tongue and cheeks. Just toss some ginger in 1/8 cup vegetable oil and swish it around in your mouth and you'll get an idea of how it tastes and feels.

I had very high hopes for this new mouthwash. I read about it online and thought it was pretty magical. I'll start by saying that the most magical part was how quickly it "disappeared" based on the short amount of time it took to drink three bottles. It is recommended to use this within 30 seconds.
