My daughter's feet are about 4.75 inches but I bought 6-12 months for her to grow in. They're pretty big on her right now. I think she actually likes to wear them because they are not very comfortable and soft enough to walk normally. They're good enough to crawl in. If I were to buy them again I would probably just buy the right size. They're not fully running yet, so I'm not worried about them fitting properly.

I bought 0-6 months for my 8 month old and they are much larger than expected. He has about 1/2-1" extra room around the entire moccasin. I let him play in it anyway and a few times he got frustrated when he stepped on the extra toe length of the opposite foot and couldn't figure out why I couldn't, I'll probably leave it if it's a bit bigger The suede is very nice and soft but the color is not at all like the picture, it's more of a brown/camel colour.

The first shoes of excellent quality but very large. To say they are big is an understatement. My 10 month old has a foot length of 4.5 inches so I bought a medium size. From the tip of his thumb to the front of his boot on the inside was about an inch. They will suit him next year. So I went back and got the small size, 0-6 months which fits him well, plenty of room to grow but not so much that it upsets his balance when cruising, he's quite stable with him.
