I'm not sure if this is a bad thing, but I feel like the term "automation" was overused and misapplied here. Automated marketing is pretty much what this company does. It automates processes around lead nurturing, and sales enablement. This is a very interesting approach because there are few ways to automate sales process outside of a CRM.
