Love using this for remote client management

I love how you can actually schedule a meeting without even having to pick up the phone. You can just click a button and have a video conference scheduled! It's been great scheduling meetings with my clients who work at home and are unable to call me. I think it is a great way to save time! It would be nice if there was an option to send out emails automatically when a meeting is scheduled but that may not always be possible. If they could allow people to use their account outside of the USA…

Pros
  • Everything from getting schedules, sending invitations etc..is all done online.
  • Easy access for employees no matter where
  • Home or office (this one doesn't apply as everyone works remotely)
  • Great collaboration features like screen sharing/video conferencing
  • A lot more options than Skype which makes sense because this app isn’t free unlike skype

  • Not the best

Google Calendar alternative with great functionality

I love that it syncs with Google Calendar so all of my meetings are always in one place! It also allows me access calendars remotely using their mobile app which is perfect when we travel across state lines (or country!) as well!! There isn't much about this software but i think they need more features added such as integrating into SalesForce - would be ideal if you can do both platforms at once :) great tool though- definitely check out other options before purchasing just yet since there…

Pros
  • The ease for us, our clients' employees or vendors from not needing extra time coordinating schedules between various departments / locations while simultaneously saving money over traditional methods like emails spreadsheets telephone calls.etc..it's quick easy efficient way to schedule appointments online instead making everyone waste valuable hours trying find open slots manually via different systems to see what works best..and saves lotsa headaches!!! Also its good because most
