I originally wrote a review liking this watch for my 10 year old. Fine. unfortunately the seconds broke after a few days of normal use. He just shook his hands dry after washing them and they broke. I do not recommend this watch.

The watch itself looks good and works great until my son starts to move around (at a desk, in gym class, as a typical 9 year old) and the strap shakes, dangles and comes off most of the time. So he wears it very little. So unless you want to spend almost that much on a replacement band, I wouldn't recommend buying one.

My son was delighted with this watch. Looks good. He did his job for two weeks until he looked down and the seconds hand started doing strange things. He loved that the hour and minute hands also glowed in the dark. I ended up having to send it back. I'm switching to another brand based on other reviews.

We bought this for our 8 year old boy and loved how easy it was for him to read. We wanted him to practice telling time with a watch and not a digital one, that was great! It's not waterproof, which is often difficult with kids, but we'll definitely remind him to take it off before swimming and swimming.

I bought this watch for my 10 year old son and he loves wearing it and hasn't been able to damage it until now - about 6 months. He's a typical boy, which is why he's suffered several horrific deaths from his actions in the past few hours. So far so good with it - solid and "grown up" looking.

Cool watch but the strap is too big for any human child under 30. My boy is 7 years old and is a normal size and he could only wear this thing if we fastened it with cones.

Nice watch, with us for about 3 months. My 11 year old wore it hiking and got wet. He survived. Not very easy to read in the dark, although it claims to glow in the dark. Still, a good watch for a moderately active kid.

I really like the size and face of this watch, but I'm disappointed with the glow in the dark feature. I bought this for my 10 year old daughter who wanted to be able to check the time she wakes up in the dark of the night. Bought as a school gift for my 5 year old son. He wears it every day and I know he's splashed it on before - it seems to be holding up well and is quite water resistant.

My 9 year old grandson started with Lego watches. Learned to read time and then "grown up”. He loves to. Wears all the time. clock for big boys. Very important. Highly recommended

i love this watch It reminds him how to read an analogue clock. Otherwise, my 7-year-old son doesn't forget a review after a week. He says it pulls the hair on his arms. I told him to keep going and eventually there will be no more hairs to pull out :)

This watch is INCREDIBLE and INCREDIBLE! I bought these for my 12 year old son and they have survived not one but TWO visits to the washing machine and they still keep the accurate time with minimal surface scratches. This is the perfect field watch for a child. or a smaller adult and you can't beat the price. I will buy another one.

Bought for my son's first watch (6). He wears it all the time so it's a good thing it's waterproof. The only thing I noticed was that the ribbon was too long, we put it on the tightest hole and just bent the tail and pinned it back.
