Upside down from the factory

Connections were upside down! I have supplied a direct replacement for what came with my original Schumacher charger with this replacement (Red/Red, Black/Black). I connected the charger to it and it showed the polarity was reversed. Otherwise it's great, just be careful if your charger doesn't have built in protection.

fast charging port.

batteries run out when we rest in Florida for 5 months. For some reason the batteries seem to last much longer. When connecting 10 batteries, it is convenient to simply connect the chargers to the quick connector as it fits snugly on the battery. We were disappointed when the clip slipped off and the battery died or even died completely when they were low on voltage. Fast connection is a positive solution to this problem.

Cheap wire with a small cross-section.

Very good value product. Looks super thin. Made from 16 gauge wire and not thick at all. It didn't work for what I needed it for. I didn't want to risk my house burning down because of that cheap cable.

qualitative . Good for jump starters, chargers and portable power supplies

Not sure if this is due to the design or just the quality. The brass connectors are very thin and bend easily. Be careful when you pinch them. I would say they are around .025-.030 thick. Not meaty enough. part works.

Only works with motorcycle batteries

Ends not wide enough to fit any battery larger than a motorcycle. Will not fit in my gas powered golf car which uses smaller bolts than a car battery. Waste of money for anything other than a motorcycle sized battery.

Factory back

Terminals have been swapped! I have supplied this replacement (Red/Red, Black/Black) as a direct replacement for what came with my original Schumacher charger.
