Works with tubeless drives. However, this is not a tubeless tire. Explanation below

I've had a long, hard and expensive journey to figure out how tubeless street tires work/don't work. There are currently three types of road bike tires.1. Traditional rims with traditional tires + tube.2. Tubeless rim with a tire designed for tubeless rims that MUST use an inner tube. This is what this tire is.3. Tubeless rim with tubeless tires. Terrible quality control

This is an addendum to my previous review Positives - Nothing negatives - It was supposed to be a 700 x 28mm tire but it's only 25mm wide. - fragile; 6 homes for about 500 miles. Has a small amount of extra material about 4 inches down the left side of the bead. That made changing tires very difficult. It also caused the tire to "bounce" for several miles until the excess material settled on the rim. Unfortunately, when it fully penetrated the rim, it pushed the rim tape away from the left side

Solid if not impressive.

Good tire and definitely better than the Schwalbe One it replaces. Out of the box fit and finish are vastly improved over the Schwalbe One and the compound feels very flexible and sticky. Assembly was perhaps the easiest I've experienced as the bar snapped into place with little to no effort. After a few hundred miles of riding, the Pro One is holding up well with no scratches, cuts or flats. I had to lower the pressure a bit as this tire is stiffer than the Vittoria Corsa it replaced.
