It’s not even clear where to write and what to do, if the goods were found to be defective when opened. Well, one hundred this detail could simply not be used, and simply thrown away. The courier will not wait until we unpack and get everything.

After 4 months of not very active use, the seat cover burst, and it is clear that not as a result of natural wear and tear, but due to the fact that the low-quality seat upholstery material hardened and cracked. Since the bike is under warranty, I turned to the official representative of Schwinn with a request to replace the seat.
