Ordered two hourglasses; one with white sand and one with blue. White seems good, but blue sand gets stuck in the hourglass. It almost looks like it's wet. white is perfect Since I only got this for decoration I'll live with it, but it's disappointing.

Received quickly! The only issue I have is that it has stains and dirt on it, but nothing that soapy water can't get rid of. It looks exactly like the image shown and the image shown is not really the actual image. It's a Christmas present and I think she'll love it!

Received almost exactly what I expected (color, size etc) EXCEPT that it must lack craftsmanship as one side wobbles a bit. There are clearly two sides. One side sits flush and the other side is like a chair in a restaurant that you have to tuck bags of candy under one leg of.

This product is exactly what you think it is! It's beautiful and works well. You may have some problems when it first arrives. It doesn't seem to be working. Give it 10 to 15 minutes to acclimatize when it arrives (the sand may immediately stick to the glass or not move through the glass) and then it will work fantastic!
