Excellent replacement part for automotive!

My analysis of this product showed that it is a great solution for my car`s actuator problem. The part is easy to install and works perfectly. The price is also reasonable .However, the package could have come with more instructions. Overall a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable replacement part..

Requires modification for 2004 Scion xB

This is not a Toyota OEM part and it is visible. After the first hour of fitting the door latch did not work properly - it did not close fully or securely - I spent the next hour removing it and comparing it to a Toyota/Scion genuine part. One of the two plastic side arms (the one that the ball rests on) was not the same shape as the original part. I was able to shave it off with an Xacto knife and it works about 95% the same as OEM. So for ten bucks it's not bad, but it needs improvement…
