Sealed edges

This is the best material at the best price. My wife makes greeting cards and I draw diagrams and exhibits for science reports. Tip: Use pages from old phone books to lay out the stick around the edges of the paper, then tear the used page onto a clean surface to stick the next item.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

I trust this glue stick!

Glue sticks are sometimes the best glue for a project. I like to make small collages on the backs of playing cards. While playing cards have a smooth, glossy finish that makes them long lasting, this glue sticks really well to my paper and cutouts, and I trust it as I sell my little collages a lot. This is the only glue stick I trust.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

Buy something else!

I bought these paper craft glue sticks and was very disappointed. The glue applied easily and initially held the 2 pieces together well, but the next day they separated. The paper was creased and torn, the seal was broken. So sad I bought such a large quantity and tried 4 different ones from the pack and they all did the same thing. I will look for another brand!

Pros
  • Sequins
Cons
  • Good but not very good

Feel free to glue sticks and pins

I use them for my handmade wedding invitations. I glue 65lb textured paper to 110lb cardstock and seal my own 110lb cardstock envelopes. So far they're working great. The edges don't curl, it dries quickly but not so much that the oversight isn't corrected immediately, it has a strong seal. I am very happy with this purchase and have offered my remaining tubes to a teacher friend who does not want them as they are too sticky for her young students.

Pros
  • Only positive
Cons
  • I'm worried

MY GO TO CLUE STICK

I BOUGHT A LARGE PACK OF SOCTCH PERMANENT CLUE STICK. I HAVE ALWAYS PREFERRED ADHESIVES FOR ENVELOPE SEALS. ESPECIALLY AFTER COVID-19 I WILL NOT LICK THE ENVELOPE. BUT I THINK I STOPPED LONG TIME. I USE THE ENVELOPE CUTTER TO OPEN ALL MY MAIL AS I DON'T KNOW HOW IT WAS SEALED. I PRINT MY OWN ADDRESS LABEL WITH MY RETURN ADDRESS ON PAPER AND THEN APPLY IT BEFORE APPLYING BLANK TAPE TO THE TOP TO HOLD THE ADDRESS LABELS IN POSITION.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • No show

Ideal for paper projects. Ideal for all types of paper and artwork

I used this glue to make a special book for a friend. I glued many different papers, handmade and plain. I worried it might not hold up, leak, crumple the paper, or leave marks. I'm very satisfied, it sticks well and doesn't leave marks on the paper. I used a makeshift book press to keep the pages flat while drying and I had no problems with paper creases! I LOVE this glue and will never use any other glue for my paper projects.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • So far so good

Well! But not great.

In my opinion they don't work as well as Scotch glue sticks don't wrinkle. I make a lot of paper crafts and they work well, but I always find a few spots on the border that just don't stick. They certainly work better than baby glue sticks and in my experience if something sticks, it stays stuck. They work better than many glue sticks I've tried which is why I gave them 4 stars. I just can't deal with all the rough edges that don't stick half the time no matter how much glue you use lol. I…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive
