This should help your skin absorb the moisture from your products better. Something like a jade roller. I don't know, but it helps me relax, especially when my jaw is tight. I definitely recommend it. There is also a YouTube video explaining how to use it if you are confused by this strange tool.

I bought this gouache tool for face and neck. I'm so glad I did! It's perfect ♥️ The craftsmanship of this tool is wonderful. He's a good weight. The edges are also nicely beveled. The notch is perfect for the cradle. It's about 3 inches long and about 2 inches wide. Its thickness is about 1/8 inch. Bonus: Came in a little red pouch and nice box. Which I think will come in handy for storage and travel.

I really like the guasha massage. I like the cool marble jade and the multipurpose shape. However, I haven't built regular exercise into my routine. Maybe so far, or it could have been more like a high-altitude flight here today, no tomorrow.

It's OK. It's definitely easy to use. I don't see a huge improvement in the overall texture and color of my complexion from use. I actually broke out worse with it and quit.
