Chinese lessons are minimal. But it's not hard to figure out how to rotate the base of the handle to increase the torque breaking point. The screws that came with it didn't work for me. But I already had an asterisk the right size. So no problem. The adjustment of my pistol scope worked perfectly.

Maybe not a precise tool but the plastic base is nice and strong (almost like Magpul polymer). The setting is simple and works or comes close. Got this for some scope rings and am very satisfied. It even comes in a nice box. The cap near the bit is metal. In general, I am shocked, I did not expect anything so pleasant.

Would give it a 4.5 if I could but still a great machine. Easy to install, but the window at the bottom can be a bit difficult to read without good lighting. I wish the device came with a few more bits and the bit holder was a little longer, but nothing is perfect. A BIG POSITIVE: Large outlets (like NEMA 14-50) require 70 in-lbs of torque. , and a few other wrenches are raised high enough to set the outlets properly.
