The hardware holding the tips is loose and often slips/falls off on its own.

I was hoping for a better overall quality of this 11 in 1. I've been using it for over a month (at 5 days a week) and I've already lost two tips. It's not because you lost them, it's because if you get up in an elevator or at the top of a ladder and pull a screwdriver out of your pocket, the heads just fall out through gravity and are hard to find. Right now I pretty much use my 11-in-1 wrench as a 4-in-1 wrench since I no longer have square-head bits or Phillips sockets. A disappointing design

Best Screwdriver

I only bought it for the Schraeder core extractor. I wanted it to attach to my screwdriver, which I carry with me everywhere I go to work. It's also a great Klein instrument, what else can you say about Klein? 3 different nut sizes as well as square, flat head and Phillips sockets make them ideal for service applications. My only complaint is that the Phillips/Flathead bits come out of the holder easily. Twice I pulled this tool away from the screw I had just tightened and this tip just popped…

Nice try but more work to do

In theory this screwdriver is needed for HVAC work. This is the second time I buy this screwdriver because 1) Tips are easy to lose because there is nowhere to put them when used as a wrench. 2) After a few months the ball springs will start to wear out and the tips will loosen and fall out 3) Sometimes you leave the bit in what you tighten. Trying to track in the attic or underground can be fun. I expect Klein to write something about this: 1) Wrenches must be magnetized. 2) Too strong rubber…

Good idea, nice design, but poor service life. doesn't last.

In theory I like this tool. It has almost everything you need for HVAC. 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, shraider tool, 2 cross and 2 regular tips, one large and one smaller. It even has sockets for square head panel screws. It has something like what I think might be a sweep. Whatever it is, I use it to widen holes to accommodate capillary tubing or when incorporating a stem for pressure switches or test ports. /8 in a bad mood. After daily use for repair and maintenance, they start to wear out and slip on the

Great instrument, but not for life

I love small instruments. They are excellent tools and many of them are designed to last a lifetime. It's a great tool, but it's not for life. The parts on this 11-1 wear out pretty quickly. I work as a service technician and I carry it in my pocket at work and it is used on almost every service call. One minute I might be fixing the air conditioning, the next minute it's the dishwasher or the garbage disposal, I never know what to expect and this driver is taking the beating. Sometimes it's…
