I would recommend them more for cleaning. The texture feels rough for non-stick pots and pans in my opinion. They work great and they do exactly as described. I was a little disappointed as I was hoping it would be my new dishwashing liquid and I didn't get it but this seller seems to have them at the best price. I would recommend them to try.

Yes, they're more expensive than the little blue ones you get in the supermarket and they don't usually last as long. but these sponges are a household item I can't live without. Works great for removing food from plates and pots/pans (even after a day of sitting) and without damaging the non-stick coating. I recently got into cleaning the pesky textured bottom of my bathtub and phew, way better than a brush.

I used to like Scrub Daddy and my husband LOVES them but he doesn't have a very good sense of smell.
