Great solution with awesome service

The customer support has been great, they have always responded quickly when I've had any questions or issues! We are using them for our rewards program so it's easy integration into that process as well. They also do not charge us anything extra if we use another provider (ie Stripe). There is nothing really at this point but there haven't been many changes in recent months either which makes me feel like all of my concerns were addressed back then too. It would be nice to see some more…

Excellent Customer Experience and Reliable Communication

I like how it is easy for my clients, as they are in different locations around Australia - It makes keeping track of memberships seamless! Nothing really at this time but i do have some ideas floating about that will help streamline future services offered by scummy club :) We've been using SCRUMMY CLUB since August 2016 (4 months) when we started offering our service/product online only- however before then there was no way other than being physically present during store hours(which wasn't…

Great platform with tons possibilities

The UI is easy-to-use, has great customer experience flow as well as quick loading speed. It's free for merchants using its services. There are multiple ways of earning points - shopping activity, referrals (word by mouth). Some merchants do not have enough reach or don't want others know about them due to privacy concerns.
