Doesn't Fit: Fan Shop

Will not fit over Sun Mountain and Titleist bags IF you want to carry them around. The straps on these and possibly other bags will cause the lid to lift and then not cover the top of the back of the bag allowing water to enter. If you ride in a cart or push clubs in a cart, you'll probably be fine. I only saw a problem when using the carrying straps. The suitcase that comes with the above brands has strap cutouts. Seaforth doesn't.

Pros
  • Rolls up to ball cover size for easy packing in golf bag
Cons
  • Expensive

Great for me - fan shop

I usually use a trolley so am a little doubtful it will fit considering the picture shows the hood fitted on the tote. I was positively surprised. The hood wraps nicely around the pocket; In fact, there's a row of snaps around the back half of the hood that allows it to be attached to a pocket. The hood is spacious in diameter and height; No problem to attach the upper valve. However, it doesn't fit in my Ogio carrying case. The bag stand legs are approximately an inch and a half narrower forโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Provides easy access to clubs
Cons
  • Some small items

I chose another option for this

. I've tried Rain Wedge, Drizzlestik Flex and Seaforth cases instead of the zip hood I had in my bag - the zip hood also works a long time for loading and unloading clubs. I either run a push cart or race a power cart (9 handicaps, 150 laps a year). push the cart, it catches the light breeze that blows you like a sail as you walk, and tries to jump out of your bag. If you only ride a power cart it will work, but not a tote, push or pull cart. Sun Mountain bag. I prefer Rain Wedge. The commentsโ€ฆ
