Recreational Seagull Wooden Boomerangs - Fantastic Boomerang Experience for Fun Seekers Review

We had a lot of fun learning to use it but it broke too soon. Less than an hour of fun and we're done. The boomerang broke on impact with the ground.

Either I gotta throw that sucker harder or I gotta get the damn dog. I'm new to boomerang so I'm probably just an idiot but damn this thing goes so damn far I lose sight of it. Better not hit me on the head on the way back, my girlfriend has had enough of it.

No polyurethane or sealant to protect the wood from water. Bad grinding, all surfaces rough. Mine even came with a backbend so it curves into the bottom every time. I had to heat it up and shape it properly (not bend it back). Luckily I'm a painter and have polyurethane to cover it myself, but it was extra work that I wasn't expecting. After all my work she flew perfectly. I just want the Colorado Boomerangs to finish their job, not me.

This is a high quality boomerang. I'm by no means a professional pitcher and new to the sport, but I'm pleased with his results. I will definitely get the Colorado Boomerang as I progress in my skills! My two year old loves holding it and trying to stop. However, keep in mind that this boomerang is not intended for younger children, you will have to throw it pretty hard. It returns well and has an easy flight pattern. I bought this ring having already had a pair. I had an aussie fever (big recoil but very light) which I gave to a friend and a hummingbird (decent recoil but much heavier and bigger) which I was happy with but something is wrong with it. I first tried contacting the company to see if they would consider a replacement or refund but they told me they would call back but never did. First boomerang I've bought and this thing is pretty cool lol. It takes time to get used to and you need to get used to how you throw it, but you'll eventually get it. Maybe my 20th throw was close enough to catch him. It flies quite far so go to the park because you need a room. I have several right and left handed boomerangs but am new to throwing. I will compare this rank with others. This gull is pretty easy to throw, not as forgiving as Aspen or Glacier but I find it more forgiving than others like Alpine or Yanaki. This rank has a wide curve and flies quite far.
