The product corresponds to the description and works very well. The instructions are clear and complete. The product's packaging was opened prior to shipment, so I'm not sure if everything was included. But the shipping box itself was very well packed and undamaged.

Overall it looks good but not as loud as I expected

So this thing shouldn't have a lot of false positives but it seems quite sensitive and works on its own. I thought it was due to the way I had it set up when I first attached it when I touched the brake, but it still felt very sensitive when moving and randomly dislodged when I disengaged sat the bike. I have to say my first and only time I've used this so far was at a local motorcycle rally so it might just be all the other bikes with loud whistles but we'll see. Overall seems good, not as…

This alarm is too good for a serious malfunction

I just bought one of these direct from the manufacturer and it won't stop working! I can arm it, put it on a hard granite counter, and it will still start. There's not even the six second breather it should have, it just devolves into 120dB of loud screaming. I'm hoping I somehow got a defective one that can be replaced, but damn if this thing explodes in my house my ears will be ringing in twenty minutes! Luckily the alarm function is removable, but then what's the point if I can get a lock…
