These bands/knee pads are great for adding 20+ to your bench press. When wrapped properly, they provide the support your arms need to support a lot of weight on your chest.

Velcro loosened on first use. I fix myself She had to endure more than a day. It was like the velcro was sewn on quickly and the stitching didn't go all the way and the seams were too far apart.

I love these. They helped me recover from elbow injuries. They also help with heavy bench presses. I was able to do some things I should have stopped doing. Reduces pain when working with triceps and bench press. Great product and great price!

I have a very bad pain in the inside of my elbow which makes it VERY painful to lift. I tried a cheap elbow pad but the pain was just as unbearable. I decided to try elbow wraps and let me tell you. They almost relieve the pain. I like the quality and the design. .GET THIS PRODUCT!

Does what I need but the straps are too long and you end up sacrificing mobility when using them for lifting. It helps in elevators but is too uncomfortable. The velcro is already starting to wear out, which I didn't expect for a product that would fail within a few months.
