Best quality good for travel gear

The product didn't hold my backpack on the pole, I'm trying to tighten it but still had the same problem with the straps.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Weak set

Great for Sissy Bar

I was looking for sissy bar bags but these straps allowed me to use the bag I already have as a sissy bar bag. Easy to take off and put on.

Pros
  • Annual Trial
Cons
  • For Old

High quality - luggage straps

Worked as described but the metal crowns damaged the paint on the rod. And you can not tighten them after installation, only remove and adjust. Simple 1" Husky ratchet straps - that's what I got

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Some bugs

Good Solid Construction

I just went on a long motorcycle ride and use these straps daily to secure my camping gear. I was surprised at how well designed the clasps and buckles are and how comfortable using them made my trip rather than tying and untying things all the time - just buckle them up. That was great.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • confusing

Good, strong, comfortable straps.

These straps are used to attach backpacks and sleeping bags to your motorcycle. They work great and have been on several trips. The trips totaled over 100 miles one-way and most of the time at 70 mph. They are easy to use and won't let things slide around as long as the person puts them on tight enough :)

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cord shorter than others

Not as good as we would like

I tried to use them with my new Seibertron backpack for too long. The brass buckles bother me the most. You can really only connect to a sissybar or luggage rack and knock (hardly) when plugging in and out. Your chrome is perpetual. A hook clip with a rubberized (or silicone) grip would be much better. Easier to connect/disconnect and much quieter. (After playing around with these straps, they tossed them in a saddlebag and I went back to using regular bungee cords to attach my bag to my bike.)

Pros
  • Waiting
Cons
  • The list is getting long.
