Not only beautiful, but versatile and strong!

Very surprised at the versatility of these bowls/plates. The size is perfect for morning oatmeal or cereal, salad, pasta, rice dishes, any hearty lunch or dinner. I can serve almost any dish in these bowls since they arrived. They are so beautiful and strong, always washed sparkling clean, even after red pasta sauce. They fit well and don't scratch! I especially love that they can be washed in the dishwasher!

Versatile, not only for pasta, but also for heavy ones

We've been using them every day since they arrived. Ordered to replace an old set of pasta bowls. Dishwasher-safe hard-paste porcelain. The shape is nice and can be used as a serving bowl and not just a pasta/dinner bowl as they are deeper than most pasta/dinner bowls. This is a 4 star product not 5 star because they are too heavy. I expect good quality china to be lighter than this. It weighs like ceramic bowls, which I wanted to avoid.
