In the 21st century, this should be connected to the headset simply by placing it on the stand. But no, you still have to wrestle with the cord and then place it on the stand. Don't waste your money as there is practically no other way than to use the cable that comes with the kit. Sena needs to improve its products.

If you use this for the Sena 20s it will work if you don't use the included data cable. l The one that came with the docking station was defective. I could not connect to SENA 20s. That's why I bought the docking station. I connected a different cable to the docking station and everything worked. Pitti I would give 5 stars but as I had a cable problem it took me a while to fix the cable problem and another cable was there to fix it. I paid for the device to work and not be repaired or replaced.
