Easy to use for quick setup of email accounts without needing any IT support or help from your internal team! The best part is that it's free so no cost involved at all!! I love that it is so easy to use as well very user friendly for my clients who are not tech savy at all! This is an easy way to keep track of how long it takes to email someone. You can also use this tool to see who has read your emails. It's not free but is very affordable. I have heard that there are some features they're working on that will be added soon. Make sure you sign up for their newsletter because they often announce upcoming changes.
