3-Way Touch Sensor Dimmer Kit - Control Module & Sensor Replacement for Touch Lamps (150W) Review

I used 3 of these for two lamps. We had a power surge that destroyed the module. I connected the first flashlight the same way the original was connected, plugged it in and heard a horrible popping sound. Garbage. Second, I followed the instructions. Ideal. So I made the second light according to the instructions and everything went perfectly. Very satisfied with the product. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!

I dim 3 flame-shaped dimmable LEDs (originally there were 3 glow plugs in the lamp). I repaired the original dimmer in the lamp and accidentally got it. It was a stupid, thoughtless mistake. Easy to connect and use. I have installed 3 of these blocks in table and floor lamps and all 3 worked great when using incandescent bulbs at the time. The small size of the dimmer is a plus for limited space. Would recommend to a friend! I wanted to use them to convert a pair of sensor lamps from incandescent to LED. When purchased they were described as suitable for use with LED bulbs. Not right. After unpacking, I clearly saw "Incandescent" written on the plastic case. Since they were so cheap I didn't send them back; I donated them to my local Habitat for Humanity site. Pro: It works with my LED bulbs I bought from HomeDepot - no flicker. Cons: The darkest level is too dark. It's a big leap to go from the most boring level to the second level. The wires are shorter than the original touch sensor. Maybe a piece of double sided tape to attach the box to the inside of the lamp base. "Screw Nuts" should be larger to cover multiple lugs; They are too small and probably the cheapest kind! They can be used for 2 small wire gauges like 14 gauge while the original lamp
