Compact and well built, this is the answer to blustery Oregon winds. It's not an umbrella for two people to use, so you should probably buy an extra one to keep on hand. While I wish it opened and closed a little more elegantly, it packs well and works when needed.

This umbrella had several defects. First, people on the street will look at you when you use it. As almost everyone notices the unusual shape of this umbrella. I like the design and think it's cool, but I don't want to draw everyone's attention. In addition, the closing mechanism on the umbrella is very unreliable. I really had to block it first to get it to lock and it completely failed after using it about 3 times. I'm just glad I got my money back.
