That's not an island runner, that's 15 feet of fabric. It cannot be used as an island runner in any way. I had to buy non slip mats and attach them to it for it to be useful. It's beautiful, like a curtain. I would not recommend it at all.

I was very excited to get my runners for my special day. I had to order two because they weren't very long. You are VERY THIN! Also, it doesn't go well with marble floors. We all slipped walking down the aisle which could have been a disaster! I put 6 heavy stones in all corners and thought everything will be fine. NO! They still slipped while walking. Perhaps best for carpeted floors.

Bought this rug for a client's wedding. I gave 3 stars because I liked the runner. It was unlined and although I used double sided tape I had to use pins to secure it on my wedding day. Please measure the space before ordering. The church had a long walkway and I used two, but I also know I will need a third. Hence my rating. 08/10/21.
