Medium dark lenses

Well built and stylish. I would have preferred darker lenses, these lenses are only medium tinted so quite a bit of light gets through.

Pros
  • Beautiful appearance
Cons
  • Discontinued

Works as it should! Sunglasses & Glasses Accessory

Only the ear pads (whatever you call the part of the glasses that goes over the ears) can injure the side of the head if put on too quickly. Seems a bit harsh. But it is the only one that is very, very clear and convenient.

Pros
  • Always Loved
Cons
  • Base Required

Works as it should! suitable for accessories

Only the temples (whatever you call the part of the glasses that goes over the ears) can damage the side of the head if worn too quickly. Seems a bit harsh. But it is the only one that is very, very clear and convenient.

Pros
  • Bridge: 16 millimeters
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Excellent clarity and good build but heavy after a long time

Bought for use in my car with HUD. Overall, I like the clarity and color, and they seem well put together. They're very comfortable over a long period of time, but eventually they really got stuck in my nose. I recently used them for about 10 hours on a long drive and they became a bit uncomfortable towards the end of the drive. I don't regret the purchase, but I feel that the nose pads handle the extra weight of glass better than plastic lenses.

Pros
  • Large size: 64 x 41mm, 130mm shackle, DBL 16mm
Cons
  • Nothing here

Serengeti frame quality Not like it used to be

I have been a fan of Serengeti Driver lenses for many, many years. I'm a commercial pilot and I've found that's all I need in sunglasses. These lenses are better for the aviator. They black out and protect from the sun without interfering with flight instruments and cockpit visibility. I lost my pair that I had for over 15 years. I recently replaced them and within a month both rubber tips were gone. The nozzle is a molded piece of rubber with a small piece protruding through the hole. That'sโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Anti-glare back Oil resistant
Cons
  • Suitable
