Serta Raised Queen Pillow Mattress Review

Leaks in control panel area, 2 weeks after purchase. I've tried wrapping it with tape many times but it didn't work. Note: I weigh 120 pounds. The worst is the customer service. Revain - they won't do anything as well as Serta - they never answered, period.

We are very happy with this purchase. We like that the pump stays strong (with a slight buzz) throughout the night, but we also like that this feature can be turned off for a more restful sleep. The topper really makes it look more like a bed. We haven't had any complaints so far! We only bring them with us if guests come at short notice, so an air mattress should be used. As long as there are no leaks, no inflation/deflation issues and it's big enough for two people to sleep comfortably.

This would get 5 stars from me if it wasn't for the "pillow" which I think I paid extra for. After a month of sleeping on this bed, it's still inflated and still feels great, but the dimensions are slightly warped and the top of the pillow no longer fits into the corners. Looking at the picture now I should have known the topper would not be left. I originally ordered this as a temporary sleep solution when I moved into an apartment. After sleeping on it for a few days, I changed my perspective and just put it on a bed frame without replacing it with a traditional mattress.
