It's very easy to use, and it has an excellent support team who are always willing to help. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product. I love that it works well with our internal tools, so we can do live data analysis as issues arise instead of having to wait for them when they come in through ePO or email notifications (or both). Would like more flexibility at this time - some features are not currently supported by our version such as Syslog support directly from console logs via sysmon's filter capabilities without needing external software. I like that it's easy to use, even for someone who has never used server monitors before! It also allows me quick access to all of my servers in one place (even if they're not directly connected). Sometimes there are some minor issues with how things look or work; however these can usually be fixed quickly by contacting Support so no big deal at this point since we've only been using them for about 2 months now.
