Great collaboration and communication with your team

I like how easy it was to set up our first two users (our Customer Success Manager & Senior Product Specialist). The ability to have multiple people in one room at once really helped us get through some tricky issues quickly! It's been great having the option between watching them work from home vs being there together as well - we've used both options successfully so far. There isn't anything i dislike about this tool yet other than perhaps needing more integrations/tools within Slack itself?

  • Great software support team..they were very helpful when trying out new features before release date.also their responsiveness is exceptional!! Very quick turnaround time too whenever help requests come into play which thankfully aren’t often but still worth
