This vacuum cleaner has considerable suction power despite being so small and compact. It is ideal for parquet and tiles. It also worked well to clean the interior of my car.

As already mentioned, this vacuum cleaner has incredible suction power and really pulls out dirt. Unfortunately, it sucks carpets too much. The car doesn't slide around on carpets and I had to stand over it and push and pull it, which isn't good for my arthritic shoulders and neck. It's very light and I highly recommend it for hard floors and tiles. - just not for carpet. I'm sending it back and ordered my old trusty Kenmore Backup.

Mine has lost all suction. I've tried troubleshooting, cleaning filters, changing the bag and checking for clogs but to no avail. Worse still, there is absolutely no way to get any information or speak to anyone in Severin. If you follow the online maze, you will get to the FAQ section in German (even from the English site). We skipped the negative reviews showing this carpet vacuum cleaner is terrible! Please note that this pile rug cannot be rolled up! We bought it to clean a rented house that is 95% carpeted and the cleaning crew says it's impossible. We even bought extra bags and expected a lot. We'd be willing to pay for a carpet nozzle if they do something like this. 7/17 seller send nozzle "turbo brush"; We hope this resolves the carpet issue and corrects the view.

I just unpacked this vacuum and vacuumed the whole house with terrazzo floors. The vacuum I'm replacing is a bagless Kenmore, which I don't like cleaning.
