Excellent mop, German company with a very interesting steam supply. Very flexible mount, crawls everywhere. The cleaning time of the apartment was reduced by two / three times. I bought this upgrade because my son had one for a while and he told me his family loved it. Ideal for a quick clean up when a sticky spill has occurred.

Great for my tile floors. The water dispenser is a bit small so I have to fill it up several times to do the whole house. My house is 1900 square feet. Can be refilled 6 times Cleans so well I use 4 pads so buy extra.

Good product but it arrived with a pungent smell of Glade (or an air freshener) so for those of you getting it to avoid chemicals or sensitive to Responding to odors, this is a flavored product. I am currently working on removing the smell. If I can't, I'll send it back.

Judging by the weight I wasn't too sure of the quality but this lightweight unit turns out to do a great job. I've used many other steam mops in the past, this one is my favorite. The tiny tank is enough to clean 2,000 square feet of tile before repotting. Perfectly cleans edges and does not interfere with furniture legs such as table legs. It pulls dirt from deep and heats up quickly.

So I have to admit I was skeptical, having just turned on the Bissell Crosswave (the one that was supposed to be easy to vacuum, mop and clean yourself). Well, this little baby might not vacuum, but it definitely cleans my floors better than a much more expensive floor standing machine! Cleans up pretty well after a puppy mess (after I've done everything with a paper towel of course) and disinfects the floor pretty well. This mop is great! Got this to replace my old Shark steam mop model and they improved it by adding a removable water tank. The old one was difficult to fill using the special thin cup Shark provided to pour water into the tank that was in the mop. I had to pick up the mop off the floor to pour water.
