    Disappointed this time around

    This is the second time I've ordered a coconut oil blend (which smells amazing and works wonders for my hair) but I've been ordering Shea Moisture products for two years now. This is my brand and to date I have never had a problem. My package was completely torn open and the shampoo was spilled into a two bottle pack. Not only was it dirty to clean but more than half of the shampoo was gone, for the price I'm paying I'm not happy at all.

    The worst! for shampoo and conditioner sets

    This is the worst conditioner and shampoo I have ever used in my entire life. It leaves very thick marks on the hair and makes the hair dirty and greasy right after the shower. 0/10 NOT recommend.

    Ideal for clean and soft hair, even for children!

    I use this product for my 8 year old daughter. Other baby shampoos left her hair dry. I went the sulfate and paraben free route and it helped a lot. We buy Coconut JASON and it's hard to find or too expensive. My daughter loves it because it also has a very nice coconut scent that makes her fine straight hair look so clean and soft. The bottle lasts a long time as it is only for her. I definitely recommend it.

    Absolutely amazing hair product!

    Wonderful hair product for the whole family. We have a 3.5 year old and it's great for him, my husband and my own hair. My hair is colored but the color never fades. Our hair is left soft, clean, feels weightless with no greasy residue and it has the benefit of not exposing my baby or myself to harmful ingredients. Since I already color my hair, I personally feel better about not adding unnecessarily harmful chemicals to my hair products. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

    Leaves a lot of residue

    Do not recommend buying this product. I've been using it for about 2 weeks straight. I wash my hair every day so I decided to buy something for everyday use. It leaves so much marks that I feel like my hair is getting sticky and heavy. It will not be deleted.

    I bought it for the coconut smell and to me it doesn't smell like coconut at all.

    I've just started using it so I don't know if it's helping my hair or not. I have long hair to my waist. First, the bottles are small. Especially the bottle conditioner. In other words, you're running out of conditioner before you shampoo. Second, I live off the scent of coconut and everything that reminds me of the beach and the sun. I bought it because it said "Coconut Oil". Instead of my hair smelling like coconut, my hair smells like I just got out of a salon where I got a perm. He stinks!

    Sticky residue on shampoo and conditioner

    I liked this product because I really like the lotion and I'm trying to be more concerned about the safety of the products we use. But I just didn't. I had to wash in the shower 3 times to get my hair clean and then it left a sticky residue on my hair making it so heavy and greasy I had to wash it again the next day which I never do. Once dry I couldn't even run my fingers through it and the next day it looked like it had been dipped in grease. For the record, I have normal to oily wavy hair…

    Not what I expected

    I used this product for a few days and then promptly returned it. It's terrible and misleading. It bills itself as a "100% virgin coconut oil product," but its primary ingredient is shea butter. Just check the back of the label. In fact, it contains far too much raw shea butter. It WILL weigh down your hair and take forever to wash off your scalp. Also, it left a terrible odor for several days.
