I wish I had before and after photos to compare but my teeth look like they're glowing! I followed the directions and did 5 days in a row (before bed) and left it for 1 hour (some nights a little longer) and saw noticeable results within 3 days. I took a 7 day break and did another round 5 days in a row and saw even more results. I bought two more boxes and will let them sit for 1.5 to 2 hours each time and see if they hold up because I had ZERO SENSITIVITY, woohoo!
