It took forever to arrive but the product was as described and installed with no problems. Comes with everything you need so you don't have to reuse old springs or screws like you do with some other kits.

Based on the online video, the brake installation took about 5 minutes and another 5 minutes to set up. The crack replaces my 20 year crack as the wire screw is streaked.

Nothing wrong with them. I wouldn't say they're easy to install, but it's the design of the calipers, not the quality of these parts. I couldn't get them to stop squeaking under braking, but I think that's because I didn't line them up perfectly.

Product quality is good. It comes with detailed installation instructions, but after watching a few videos on Youtube I understood enough to proceed with the installation and only occasionally looked at the printed instructions. Comes with a jumper cable (it's different from the brake cable) that I had to install on my bike. These replacement parts have been on my bike for a few weeks and have used them on several rides. - The brakes work very well.

Worked well but plastic parts are different from BR-CT90. I thought I would just have to replace the gray plastic part with a new one on these new brakes, but I couldn't because the matching black plastic part on the BR-CT91 is completely different and NOT interchangeable with that on the BR. -ST90. So you have to change the brake completely (instead of quickly replacing a new part with a broken one).

The BR-CT91 brakes on my bike were OEM parts but they often failed due to the plastic spring retainers. Since you can't (unfortunately) buy replacement spring holders, I had to buy all the brake assemblies. However, they only cost about $12 a set and include new pads, so the price was fair. Brake units work as advertised. There are a few minor errors in the instructions that can cause temporary confusion if you try to follow them verbatim. The brake assemblies have a little more "play" when mounted to the mounting/boom bolts on the bike than older brakes. In any case, they work very smoothly.
