Durable and comfortable hay nets. They require extra work to load since they are not rigid. My gelding bit through a hole but I patched it up easily. He seems to have done this with every network I've tried, so he's pretty good at it. This network was in store for him the longest.

Pros
  • Simple: Easy to use hay net allows for quick filling and tying
Cons
  • Functionality

and all my nets are in great condition they last about 14 hours

I use them everyday I made a tail so I can attach it to the fence panels more easily but they last so long. the neighbor in the barn has a smaller one. In 2 weeks he bought 2 hay nets and has 1. I have 9 who move between 2 horses daily and each gets a full 22lbs daily feed and all my nets are in great condition, they feed for about 14 hours. I plan to order more. I like to use them in my stable. When my stable owner feeds, I weigh them and set them up for him. I know what my horses are eating…

Pros
  • 40 inches long
Cons
  • thin

However, as they say, the holes that horses eat out of are too small and make it VERY difficult for them to get more than a bundle or two of hay at a time. I understand the purpose is to slow down their consumption but my horses get really frustrated using them. If you have an overweight horse and want to lose some weight they are perfect for this and still allow you to keep many hours of hay in front of you. If the holes…
